Characteristics
The mounting plate MP 170M (170 x 70 x 8 mm) is used for mounting measuring and translation stages as well as other OWIS® components up to 90 / 140 mm in width to optical tables or grid plates with M6 threads. The spacing between the holes is 150 mm for the MP 120M.
