The ironless linear motors are characterized by their particularly high dynamics, and exceptionally long service life. The integrated linear hight-resolution absolute measuring systems ensure continuous and reliable position determination without zero point loss. This makes the system ideal for applications that require maximum accuracy and repeatability. Precise recirculating ball bearing guides are used to ensure precise and stable movement of the xy-stages. These are designed for high loads and fast movements and have lifetime lubrication, which minimizes maintenance costs. Thanks to magnetic load compensation, the z-stage can also be controlled dynamically via linear motors - a clear advantage in vertical movements with high demands on reaction speed and control.
State-of-the-art motion controller with interfaces such as EtherCAT and CANopen enable quick and easy integration into existing automation solutions.
The LINPOS linear stages allow travel distances up to 850 mm in xy-direction and load capacities can be adapted to individual requirements to ensure a tailor-made solution for your specific applications. An optional granite base provides excellent stability and damping of vibrations, which further improves the precision and of the system.
