The fine-thread screws FGS 15 have precisely finished spindles. A hardened steel ball is embedded in the spindle as a thrust piece. Thus, these screws are used particularly as precise actuators.
The FGS 15 differ in the spindle pitch of 0.15 mm from the other fine-thread screws with 0.25 mm or 0.35 mm pitch. The travel ranges of the FGS 15 are 5 mm and 7.5 mm.
