X becomes fit

OWIS is expanding its portfolio with GANTX, a highly dynamic XYZ gantry system that can be adapted precisely to your requirements: precise, overhead-guided and modular.

Discover the new GANTX

GANTX offers maximum freedom of movement

Two synchronised x-axes and a z-axis on the bridge axis enable overhead positioning, which is ideal for large or sensitive objects that remain stationary.

The configuration?
Tailor-made – based on OWIS standard components

The performance?
Impressive:

  • Repeatability: <0.5 µm
  • Positioning accuracy: <50 µm.
  • Speed: up to 1,400 mm/s
  • Max. acceleration: 10 m/s²

Individually designed. Made by OWIS Engineering

With GANTX, OWIS demonstrates how engineering can be streamlined: offering customisation, efficient implementation and personalised support. This is made possible by an experienced team led by Dr. Dominik Zimmermann, offering direct communication, short implementation times and comprehensive expertise in complex multi-axis systems.

Every requirement is turned into a suitable system

GANTX can be configured precisely for the application, with selectable travel ranges, an optional granite base, additional axes from the OWIS modular system and flexible cable management. GANTX is also easy to connect: EtherCAT, CANopen and parameterised motor drivers simplify integration into existing automation architectures.

Ready for your application

Whether it's micropositioning, microprocessing, semiconductor technology or optical inspection, GANTX is the perfect platform when dynamics, precision and individuality are required.

The new GANTX is available now!

“With GANTX, we are opening up new fields of application and offering a powerful platform for demanding positioning tasks. For us, X stands for maximum adaptability – through modular technology, individual configuration, and close communication with you.”
